On the 11-13 July 2012, Wayne represented Africa again, but this time in the WPA World Class Artistic Pool Masters Cup held in Shenyang, China. This event was a first time of its kind for China, where Wayne competed against 12 other world class Trick-Shot artists from all around the world. Other countries which were represented at this prestigious event were: United States, Romania, Canada, Argentina, France, and Africa represented by Wayne.

The event was played using a 12 player format totalling 4 groups, and comprising of 3 players per group, each performing 32 pre-determined Artistic Pool Shot Challenges.

The 32 shot challenges are categorised into 8 different disciplines namely:

 This event was showcased to a television audience of over 400 Million viewers in China, which made it a first time of its kind. After 2 days of nail biting competition and a strict playing schedule, Wayne managed to finish in the top 4 earning himself $2000.00 and a large Cup Award for his outstanding performance.
